If you have bought our company printers, in order to avoid the printhead and the mainboard damage because of some wrong operation, you should install the printhead correctly in operation and maintenance according to the following way. And refer to the instructions, or under the guidance of the professional engineers operation.
1. Boot after normal spray car restoration.Open the PrintExp control software, prompt initialization software failure or model is not correct
Check whether the USB cable is well connected or damage, USB driver is installed correctly.Reinstall PrintExp software
2. After startup, spray car not automatic reset
Check the digital tube nozzle control board and main board, the Link indicator is on, please check the fiber such as dawn line connection is correct, check the transverse motor driven signal lines, coding is correct access;Burning the mainboard firmware program again.
3. After startup, spray car reverse movement
Check the horizontal motor drive signal lines, correct coding line access;Burning the mainboard firmware program again.
4. Dislocation phenomenon appeared in the process of printing
Check the mechanical parts, motor synchronous belt and gears have loose or worn, with or without skip phenomenon;Motor grating encoder is damaged;Check whether the grating is dirty, scratch or installed incorrectly phenomenon;Check for dirt or damage to the grating decoder, working long hours after reading the phenomenon such as pulse.(please stay away from strong magnetic fields, such as voltage fluctuation interference sources; mechanical and electrical source can computers and plastics before joining noise filter to improve)
